Japanese delight
This selection of dining delights are called Okonomiyaki. Just like a pizza, you will find different versions around Japan. What you are looking at are Hiroshima style; the goodies are layered on the base of batter, noodles and cabbage. You place your order and they are cooked at a central grill, then brought to your table, cut into slices then placed on the heated surface for everyone to share. In this case you have everything from a vegetarian to shrimp and Oysters. Dining should be fun, and it really is fun when we have evenings like this one! I have also included photos of the group here in Higashihiroshima; my hostesses Keiko Matsuda and Erina Matsuda, Yuka Okawa Rinehart, my friend and interpreter, and myself.
I have also included another photo of some of the Level 3 Ashtar Realignment Program graduates from Osaka.
Later this week Ashtar and I will move on to Fukuoka.
Many Blessings of Universal Love,
Terrie 🙂
