Welcome to Thailand

My visit to Thailand began after a 27 1/2 hour transit from Los Angeles into Chiang Mai. Sleeping on an airplane is not one of my talents, but I was able to catch a few hours rest long the way, especially the last flight up from Bangkok.

When I arrived in Chiang Mai I was met by my dear friend Yuka Okawa Rinehart, who is familiar to you if you watch my posts from Japan. Yuka-san is my translator in Japan and guide/translator here in Thailand.

Being that I arrived in the early morning, we immediately set about visiting some of the wonderful sights nearby, which are the photos I am sharing this time.

I have now moved from Yuka-san’s home to the Hoshihana Village Resort, which is its own story I will share next time. For now, it’s time to prepare for another day. Ashtar’s Thailand Tour is being joined by those who have journeyed from Japan and France. We are working on Good Fortune and Abundance for the year 2020 and the decade to come.
