Enjoy Life
When Ashtar suggests I enjoy life, who am I to argue! This week it’s off to Honolulu for a week of rest and relaxation.
What’s the point?
What’s the point of polishing up your spiritual skills if it’s not to enjoy life more? This study is more than “do this, don’t do that.” The whole point of Ascension is to live a more fulfilling life, and enjoying life is part of that. Remember, it’s not the person who dies with the most toys who wins, it’s the person who shares the most love who wins.
The call to enjoy life has been a little challenging for me this month. A couple weeks ago I had a run-in with my stone hearth, breaking my toe. Then there was the news about Maui, which I mentioned last week. Now, as I am waiting to board the flight to Oahu the first Tropical Storm Watch in almost a hundred years has been issued for my area. Will the flight be delayed or on time? To top everything off, tonight I broke off part of a tooth. I tell you, it’s enough to drive a person up a wall; unless they revert to their spiritual truths.
Everything has a purpose
We often have no idea what the purpose is to the events in our lives. What we do know is the Universe always answers our requests. When I think of this and put my recent adventures in perspective I see that perhaps the message, the lesson, is to slow down. Take time to appreciate every day. I am also called to put my challenges in perspective. My life includes a beautiful home, friends and family. I am safe. My situation allows me to get medical assistance pretty much on demand. My “challenges” are truly first-world challenges. I hope you can look at your life and say the same thing.
Take time for yourself
You don’t have to fly out to Hawaii. You don’t have to enjoy life, you only need to look around to see the bounty it contains. Enjoy the video Ashtar shares with us this week and see where you can up your happiness quotient.
Many Blessings of Universal Love,
Terrie
