New Year Rejuvenation

If you are feeling the approaching turn of the calendar, it may be time for a New Year Rejuvenation.

Preparing for a new start

New Year’s Day has traditionally been the day we begin our resolutions; go to the gym, loose 150 pounds, learn to play the bagpipes, that sort of thing.  The fact is so many of our resolutions go by the wayside before the end of January.  We place so much pressure on ourselves to take on tasks we think we should do.  This is a recipe for failure.  Preparing for a new start can take place any moment of any day of the year.  What is important is the idea that whenever we decide to make a new start we include our own significance and importance in the game plan.

As we sit at the precipice of a new year this is an especially important factor as well as the topic of Ashtar’s intention for this week.  No matter when you do it, a New Year Rejuvenation wants to include a look at our spirit, our life and our families too.  This new start is an exciting moment so I think listening to what Ashtar has to say in this week’s video will be helpful.

I can see it from here!

As I write this I am looking out over the bright lights and traffic of Las Vegas.  Once Christmas passed we realized that perhaps we, ourselves would be well served by doing our own New Year Rejuvenation.  To be clear, a rejuvenation does not have to include a change of location.  What we wanted to do was encourage ourselves to get a new perspective of life; to break out of our day to day routine (which we do love) and see things from a fresh vantage point.  Our idea is to step into 2025 with a deeper appreciation of the many, many gifts we get to enjoy each and every day.

Enjoy

Enjoy the new year, enjoy your life, enjoy your family.  You can do all these things as you Rejuvenate for the New Year.

Many Blessings of Universal Love,

Terrie
