Spiritual Principle of Change

Change, we have a Spiritual Principle of Change too.

One of the constants of life

Change is one of most reliable constants of life.  Seasons change, times change, you change your clothes and your mind.  We simply cannot escape change.  At the same time change can be one of the most frightening prospects in life.  I say prospects because once we allow the change to occur it is rarely as daunting as we feared.

This week in his video about Spiritual Principles and intentions, Ashtar addresses change.  Why do we resist it?  Have we not learned that resistance to change brings struggle, blocks and all manner of difficulties?

Learning to allow

Learning to allow was Ashtar’s topic last week and it applies just as clearly to this week’s topic.  With Autumn just underway this past weekend, isn’t it a wonderful time to stop and think?  Think about where our resistance to the inevitable turning of the clock arises.  Consider how much suffering we put ourselves through as we resist what must come about.  I am not suggesting all change is easy.  Far from it.  Some change is painful, yet some change is joyful.

The easiest way I know to lessen the emotional impact of change is to learn to allow that everything and everybody is here for a reason or a season.  From our third dimensional viewpoint we rarely have the perspective of knowing which is which.  We too often see change as a bad thing only to discover it is remarkably freeing.  Learn to allow what must be.  At the same time, hold fast to your spiritual rudder.

The intention

The Spiritual Principle of Change comes with a delightful Intention as usual.  These Intentions can serve as our spiritual rudder.  When we remember that intentions are just that; something we seek to embody.  Maybe we embody it immediately, maybe it will take time.  It is entirely possible we never recognize that we have embodied it at all.  Truthfully I am not certain it really matters that we always seek the completion of the intention as it is just that, an intention. The Spiritual Principle of Change is just that, the opportunity to recognize change in your life.

Many Blessings of Universal Love,
