Learning to allow the Universe to deliver to you exactly what you want, and more, isn’t always as easy as it sounds.

The Ego

The Ego has such a bad reputation.  An undeserved bad reputation in my mind.  The Ego is what defines our boundaries.  Without boundaries our lives are subject to others definition of who we are and what we are willing to do.  The Ego is, in truth, a protection system.

Where this protection system works against us is during the manifestation process.  You are probably very good at setting out guidelines for what you want.  Excellent!  Where we fall into a trap is when we insist the Universe deliver to us exactly what we envision, in a specific size, shape and color.  This is our beautiful Ego at work.  The problem is we have a limited number of options as we conceive of our manifestation.  The Universe, on the other hand, is unlimited.

Picture in your minds eye the experience you want.  Fill in some detail.  Then let it go.  How, when and where your desire comes to be is none of your business.  If you have clearly imagined what you want and how you will feel when it arrives, let the Universe do its work.  This is learning to Allow.  We allow the Universe to factor in so many more things than we could imagine.  Not only is the Universe aware of what we want but also where we are on our path to Ascension.

With this wider perspective of what we want as well as what will serve us best then our gifts are delivered. If, for instance, your wish is for a loyal companion who will be happy to see you when you get home.  Someone who will support you in all your goals with never a cross word, why would you be surprised if the Universe delivers you a puppy?

Sometimes we have to live with an idea for a while before we find a place to absorb His teachings.  Each and every video helps us in Learning to Allow.
