The power of rejuvenation
With the holiday crush ahead knowing your power of rejuvenation will be very helpful indeed.
The holiday busy begins
Ahead of us are so many holidays and gatherings. You want to please so many people, but what about pleasing yourself? Pleasing others is wonderful. Doing things for others which bring you a smile can be so fulfilling, but what about those times you don’t get anything back? You don’t do it for the recognition, you do it for the joy of doing. But let’s be honest, a smile, a thank you, a word of recognition does mean something, doesn’t it? Of course it does.
Regardless of how much effort you may have expended a piece of your energy has gone into every thing you do. A little piece of energy here, a little piece of energy there and before you know it you are running on empty. This is when knowing the power of rejuvenation is essential to your happiness. Maybe even your survival.
This weeks video
In this weeks video Ashtar has a Spiritual Principle and an Intention that may make the difference between a joyous holiday season or a season of drudgery. As always, it’s your choice which way you turn. With rejuvenation as our theme for November Ashtar has five thoughts coming your way that will make it easier, and more fun to face what is coming.
Why do I use the term “holidays”? Because between now and the end of the year there are something like seventeen major observances. Ashtar and I honor and respect each and every one. Imagine if I were wishing you a happy Cotton Candy day. And yes, Cotton Candy day is real thing. Would that mean I am slighting Kwanza, Hanukkah or even Festivus? By offering holiday greetings we are recognizing holidays of all descriptions this next thirty days, so happy holidays!
Winter
The official first day of Winter is, of course, December 21. That’s when the Solstice occurs. But to be honest from my perch here in Fallbrook I can smell Winter in the air. I can feel it on the breeze and when the sun goes down there is no doubt in my mind that winter is here. That’s why the fire is burning brightly in my little wood stove. Winter is as much a feeling as a date on the calendar. If we have jumped the gun a little bit here please chalk it up to the Winter energy surrounding me at this moment. Bundle up!
Respect yourself
No matter how you will be observing the next few weeks the power of rejuvenation is a great thing to remember. If we allow ourselves to run on empty we have nothing to give others. Most of the holidays we will observe revolve around giving. Remember the power of rejuvenation so you will have more than enough to give.
Many Blessings of Universal Love,
Terrie
